World War Z, why I chose it

the book World War Z is one of those books that you either hear a lot about or nothing at all. From what I had herd from it was that it was a zombie Apocalypse story told in a weird way. I didn't realize that it was meant to be read in an interrogation format but that is what it is; a series of people that are interrogated for who knows what to get knowledge on the zombie apocalypse. If you think about it this is one of the greatest ways of writing about any tragic moment in our and the worlds history. this book is showing a theoretical way for the good, bad and ugly to come out for a very vague topic that has been beaten to death through all forms of entertainment. I doubt anyone will be as successful as Max brooks in this style of writing, bur they will try.

World War Z About the Author

I am reading World war Z and the author, Max brooks. little is known about himself from numerous web pages.He just appeared in 2007. he is related to the director, Mel brooks and has lived in new york for his life. some books he has written are the zombie survival Gide and the graphic Novil that company's it.

I chose this book because it is an interesting way of going through the zombie Apocalypse. you are reading from a changing witness for what is happening in the world. it was an interesting spin on the way of telling the story.

World War Z

World war Z is one of those books that gets alot of prase and deserves it. this book is about a figurative zombie appocolipse in presant day. You jump from location to location, person to person, story to story on how this unravels. I chose this book because I had herd about it form so manny people that loved it and told me to read it. I am also a big fan of zombie books that are well put together.

Best blog post

I say that the best blog post was the one I did for charecture on No Safty in Numbers. I say this because I say that it helped me over come the lack of detail in my bloging. Through this I figured out that I am a stronger reader than I thought and I didn't need verry much of a push. blogging was a way to shed my insite on books without the ocwerd  feeling of  that I will spoil it for the people.

Like I said previoulsly, My best was on charecters for no safty in numbers because I feel like I hit all the major parts of the charectures for each without taking half a page of writing. It also Shows that I can use langwige figuritively. From the blog post that I chose you can see that it meets standerds because there is a picture, there is figurative languige and it is explaining why each charecture is different but the same.

My goals for the next trimester and on is to be a better reader and to continue to get better at reading.  from this I will take that youcan become a better reader and to become a successful at life.

Watchmen Analicis

Watchmen, a great book but I will have to put a spoiler warning on this because there are spoilers in this. The premise of watchmen is a parallel universe to our own where in the 1940's to 70's there where masked crusaders of new-york city. but one of them has a plan to create world peace through travesty; this is the "smartest man alive" Mr. Veldt. he killed the comedian, exiled doctor Manhattan nearly kill himself, and imprison Rorschach. his final step was to teleport a hideous creature that he made to the center of new york city.

For what I picked up, this book is about how problems in this world are huge and super heroes can not fix them all without going to extremes.since a prior hero had that much motivation to kill millions of people to gain world peace, it says a lot about us and our cutler. Before I read this I wish I had done my resurch, but I am glad that i didn't because this is a great book and I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys comics.

The Martian Cronicals

In the book the martian cronicals is a compolation of short story's about our first attempts of going to mars. there are numorous expoditions in the book because they are failing. For exampel the first expodition ended whith the two explorers being shot. there are some Questions that I have though. I don't know why they think they use telepathy for comunications and they put the people that clame to be from other planets into an asylum?why are they sending more people after the two prevous expoditions failed? and why didn't the second crew leave after they got back to the  ship?

I also predict that there will be a verry little succsess rate for these trips because the fact that the martians will continue to be in disbelleif entil they bring one back.I also say that the martians will bring an upriseing and kill all insain beings in the wourld that they know of and eventualy kill everyone off.

In my mind, this is what would happen if we found another self aware seciaty of creaters in the universe. It shows that we can't take for granted that we will always pull through. we might be resiliant, but not as resiliant as we think. This showes me that i want to find extraterestrials but not in my life time.

Wathcmen

I am Reading watchmen right now and thee is alot of foreshadowing to the characters future. there  are some points that I am confused about. For example, why did the comedian get murderd that day and Dr.manhatten exiled ing such short period of each other? why did they split up? The one qustion that most interests me is, what happened to rorschach?

Though I would say that rorschach will go to the slammer in this for one thing or another just because he is still going out and being his own PI when it is illegal how he is doing it. He also has a troubled past that he is hiding from the world that will drive him crasy.

I also predict that Dr.manhatten will not return to the Planet earth just because he finds no rason for him to. he feels abandoned by the verry people that he defended and feel they don't deserve his gifts of knolege. If I was in his shoes, I would not return to planet earth because of how poorly they treated him.

Recomandations

One of the books I have been reading is No safety in numbers for the past month. This is a good book and defiantly good with suspense. This book is about a suburban mall being shutdown from a deadly plague with tens of thousands of people taped inside. Their are secrets even the senior that is running the show doesn't know's about, and all they want is to be sent free.

For the book, it is a good read and one to read if you are interested in mystery action and interesting caricatures. there are twists that you will not see coming. this is the first of ac couple of books or just two but I am hoping for more. This is a good book and I hope you read it.

No safty in numbers Caricaters

There are Four major characters in the book I am currently reading. Why don't we get into some of them shall we.

The first is Lexi. she is a girl that hates her mother because she doesn't give the family time that she should. she is going to a new school that she hates because she has no friends and loved her old school. she is a tech geek and knows her way around any mall problems tech wise in this time. she finds friends in this time of crises and takes care of them. she though believes it is her mothers fault for all of this and just wanted the hype.

Another character is Ryan. Ryan is a freshman in high school and one of the stars of the football team. he is in a relationship with shay, another main character and is in competition with macro whom hates Ryan. he becomes sick with the flu and wants to survive this as much as possible. he is the more romantic of shays two lovers but he is in the dark for most things.

Shay is an Indian girl who came to the mall with her grandmother and sister to get away form the fact her friends don't call or anything like they prommest. she has two completely different love interests, Marco the tech savie or Ryan the jock. she loses her grandmother in here which makes her want to get out of this place even more. she will stop at nothing to get out now that she will loose everything in a few days.

Last we have marco. a young american wit Hispanic how works at the grilln'shake at the mall. he has the perspective of the clerk for the stores of all of them. he understands what the others don't. he has a love interest in shay but just wants to get out of this place. He is determaned to get out no matter what the cost. he will get out.

No saftey in numbers

The book I am curently reading si a verry interesting realistic fiction novel Called No Safety in Numbers. This book is about a four teens that are Quarintined that has been targeted by someone that they do not know.  Each teens know the others but they don't interact together as one entill later. They are trying to figure out what is happening whith this bio-wepon looming over there minds.

This book has a theme of This book is trying how to be proactive and saving the people incide for as long as posable. "," Where out of almost everything," he saidhe opened his notepad and examined the list of what remained." i think i can do eggs, maybe toast.""(Dayna Lorentz,181) This shows that the main charicters have to figure out how to live in a mall for an unknown time and feed themselfs entil the enevidable death or releace into the world once they are cleared which is becoming less and less likly. if you like a book with a poroblem this large and keeping sociaty incide of the mall and maintaining enough food fore the mall to last the longest. With all the people eating to there hearts contempt is going to kill them faster.

They also have got to stay on a constent lookout on deseases being passed around and restrict the humancontact and waist disposal.""they think there's somthing in the air, like we're infected whith somthing."(Dayna Lorentz, 149) this showes that they need to limate there contact becase they might die from starvation, sickness or from rioting for being cooped up in a mall for more than a week. The reason noone knows anything besides the people the Feds. want to know so they don't stur up a riot that will I predict will happen if they hold out this inforamtion.

Don't Turn Around

This book is a great book in my eyes. it is about a girl named Noa that is living off the grid and is a great hacker. At the begining, she wakes up in a makeshift surgery lab and a scar accross her chest. She escapes but not without tripping the internal alarm of the private company that did this to her.she has to move from place to place to keep her cover. She has alies but all the company wants is her. this is a trilogy and it should be finished soon. read this book if you are intrestid in action and are tech savey. this is defanetly must read in my eyes.

The artical sayes that the bigest strankth is that it can hook you and keep you at the edge of your seat til the last page. Don't Turn Around artical
